Default 9-11: Where were you?

I watched a program last night about those attacks (on the towers) and people who actually taped it with video cameras. No matter how many times i see the planes hitting or towers falling, it still breaks my heart knowing how many people died that day. So i was curious where everyone was at that day? I was still in bed with my fiancee (needless to say my ex now). Her dad called us and told us what happened so we turned on the TV.

we were actually watching the news in english class just before it happened and we watched the second plane hit live and people jumping from the towers and everything... my uncle and cousin were working on a nearby bridge when that happened and they watched it live... the hubcap from one of the airplanes was found about 10 feet away from my uncle... sad day indeed

We were watching it in English class, too, and then the next block in art. People were fairly upset, crying, and it was pretty chaotic.

3rd period biology. Rumors were flying around the school since the starting bell rang. The principle called an all-school assembly to explain everything and told the teachers to let us watch the news and not bother to teach. It was a strange day in schoo.
