Mormons?
#3
I have known several mormons and I have known some of them to hunt. The mormons that I have known have been very nice and very good friends. My old best friend used to be mormon and he hunted nearly every weekend. People say pretty bad things about the mormons, but the only issues that I disagree with them on has to do with religion. I am not even going to try to post all the religious differences I have with them because it would take way too much time. I am a Southern Baptist.

Pa hunter and buck slayer- through an indirect way you do now know one. I posted this to see how others of my religion(mormons) are representing our religion. thank you all for not posting argumentative differences of religion on here and I won't either, seeing as our missionaries in the states (southern) enjoy a good bible bash but are really not supposed to. thanks to y'all and it was good to hear that Beard buster Had a good friend/hunting buddy of my faith. thanks love to here more.

Great topic my man, great topic. I am at Utah State, and I know a lot of mormons. Well, see a lot. A good friend of mine was LDS, and we hunted all of the time. I never knew of a person to talk badly about the mormons, but when I came to USU, all the mormons treat me like ****. What gives??
As a group, mormons wont accept others of a different religion. I have seen it too many times. I have many good friends that are LDS, but I dont have a lot of good friends because they are LDS. Talking to a few non-mormons that grew up here in Logan, they have always been treated like ****.
Don't get me wrong, the mormon religion is a good religon. This is the cleanest city I have ever seen. The mormons keep it very clean, and keep out the trash, if you know what I mean. But as a non mormon, the religion and people arn't for me. But they are keeping the mountains that I enjoy so much clean and undisturbed.
One thing I must add. A mormon raised in utah is very different that a mormon raised outside of utah. Very different family values. You may know a mormon, but I bet you don't know a utah mormon...
