My daughter's "going to Africa" video blog
My daughter is going to be a trainee fore one month at Lowlands Hunting Safaris.
She is now making a video blog about her preparations fore this experience. She is doing so to become more comfortable about speaking English and also to handle firearms on here own.
Hoping you guys will encourage here in here efforts.

Good for her. That will be a great experience for a young person. She should know upfront, there are anti hunting people who will see her blog and attack her. Tell her not to give them the satisfaction of quitting the blog. There will be plenty of people who will admire her willingness to take risks and do something new. I wish her luck and lots of fun.

Good for her and good luck in quite an endeavor for a person so young! If I had guessed her age, I would have said she's about 12 or 13, rather than 17, so she will need to stand her ground like Oldtimr mentioned because she may hear a lot of negative stuff on the internet. Just tell her to hold her head up high and not take any of the BS that she'll probably receive seriously. Go for it young lady and I wish you well!!!

Top, my ship anchored off Andoy Norway when we were on a North Atlantic Cruise. We had mountains on three sides and houses were built on those hill sides and were every pastel color you could think of, one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. The Northern lights were almost magical as well. The enlisted did not get to go ashore but the officers did which didn't do much for crew moral especially since the mayor of the city and his entourage rowed out to our ship and invited everyone ashore to have a party. We were the first American warship they had seen since WWII .
