Default Not a young hunter anymore, but...

How many of my old buddies are still here?? I haven't been on here for several years. Post up!!!
Deer coming into my treestand, a big non-typical. Setup is perfect. I draw back, take aim, and the pin settles perfectly on it's chest.....My thumb hits the release, arrow glides noiselessly toward it's target............then I woke up.....dang, another day of work *sigh*

Remember you from a few years ago when I was a little more active. Not sure I should still be posting in the young hunters, but I do drop in from time to time.

Hi, I'm not a hunter yet, too. However, my deepest dream is to become one in the near future. I work as an IT consultant in Anegis, a company which develops and implements software, hence I spend a lot of time in front of the computer. I would like to change it and take up a hobby I could do outdoors Any tips for a beginner?
