New to the forums and new to hunting
Hi all,
I'm new to hunting, 23 years old, from a family that never hunted. I'm looking to move somewhere where the hunting is good, preferably in southern Oregon. I'm really trying to get away from eating store bought meat, and also just want to change my lifestyle. I'm heading to Ashland, OR in mid march to check out the lands. Ive invested in 30-06 rifle and a 30-30 lever action. I guess my main questions are if there is any good hunting in those areas, and what kind of game is down there? Is it abundant? Thanks all.
