Is there going to be youth archery contest for the 2012-2013 deer season..and if so when is the sign up going to be..thanks

Well, the past few years we have just done a deer contest. With any legal means being allowed in it. We do it this way due to numbers. If we did an archery only contest we would probably only end up with a couple of participants. As for sign ups. Unless someone else takes it over this year I intend to get the thread started the first week of august! Hope this answered your question.

Last year we had very low interest. I think only thirteen signed up. I'm hoping our numbers are back up this year. Invite your hunting friends to get on. This youth section used to have lots of active members. If you get your young friends involved it can be that way again!

No, usually up to age twenty we let in. I'm 23 this year. I won't be competing, just running it. This is the "young hunters" section. I've never seen a specific definition of that. But 18 is certainly eligible!
