Default Youth bow selection guide (1-st edition) - can you review and share your thoughts?

Guys,

We recently published the first edition of the youth compound bow selection guide. Can you please have a look at it and provide your feedback in this thread?

Basically, it's just the very first edition where we covered some important aspects about choosing the right bows for smaller kids. We plan to make the guide much better so that it's much easier to find a proper youth bow for childrend of all ages.

Can you please have a look at the guide and provide your feedback in this thread?

Do you think it's useful? What's missing? What could be done better? Your assistance is very important and will help to come up with a great guide for choosing the right bows for kids. Hope we can create a great selection guide together to help parents make the right choice.

Thanks on behalf of many parents, grandparents, etc.

Dave

i had the bear odyssey II, its basically the older version of the bear apprentice. i killed 2 deer with it, now i have the bear charge. im 15 and started pulling 60# and now worked my way up to 70# do i would suggest getting and adjustable bow after the youth one because it is simple to move up in draw weight. it took me about 2 months to move 10 lb. but im glad i did it cause i can use my bows power almost to its full potential. good thread

It is a good guide, and I agree with the information and the charts for suggested age groups. I think you did pretty well here. I am pulling about 60# and the build has me pegged Good job!
