thanks. i give all credit to my father. his work ethic and skill is the reason im so fussy. if it wasnt for him i wouldnt know a damn thing. hopefully when im 51 i can do what he does..........NOTHIN!!!

That is very nice, how long did it take you to build it? I know that log home can be a pain and are hectic to work with. We build one small log cabin and it was a ton of work. We recently built a lodge and put real wood siding on the outside and it's all pine in the inside, it turned out really nice. It's really big and it took us three months to build it. We started end of May and went hard core until August.
