i just found out that my browning bow needs a new string and bust cables its might cost $50 if i have my dads cousin do it or $120 at gander mountain i dont know if ill make archery season also my bow still needs to be tuned up to and i havnt practiced at all or have gotten it sighted in my dedline is september 27 opening day

as far as tuning goes that should only be about an hour long, if that process. i can pretty much tune a bow w/ nothin more then a bow sqaure and a center shot tool before i even fire an arrow and have it damn close so you should be fine. any questions you have im more then willing to try to answer for ya

you dont need a new bow man. ive been shooting bows since i was 3 and compition since i was 5. ive shot about every brand out there and right now i have 4 compounds and two traditional bows and kmy favorite huntiung bow is a 1998 hoyt tenacity! one may think a 2008 bowtech would feel better but not the case. i shoot equally as good w/ that heavier old bone as i do w/ any of my new stuff. dont feel sick about it. when a deer you plan on shooting at is in range your not gonna even be thinkin about what kind of bow you are shooting or how old it is or how much money you dumped into it to get it readyu for the season. besides, if your one of those guys always longing for something better your gonna have a long sad life
