Default Anyone Do there own taxidermy?

My School has a taxidermy class 1 semester where you mount a fish, a small mammal (squirrel, coon) and a bird these are the things I did. Anyone else do anything like this and mount there own animals? The Bird really didn't turn out the tail feathers are all screwed up. I did two different birds the first one (a pheasant the one that didn't turn out) and the second a grouse I did alot better on.
The Walleye

The Squirrel

The Pheasant (this one sucks)

The grouse

the walleyes head should've been turned the other way instead of facing the wall. but the grouse turned out pretty good

Yeah, my teacher down graded me for the fishes head, I planed on having it attacking another fish but didn't have time to mount another fish.
