i have never seen a bobcat in my entire life they say that a few live up on the mountain above my placebut i'm not entirely convinced. cool looking cat though

If I cantrap/shoot a good healthy one this winter I want to get it mounted.

nice job man. is 20 lbs big for your area?? up here a 50lb is considered big. 30-40lbs is avge 15-20lbs would be small
For our area this is the biggest that I've seen. My dad shot a big bobcat (35-40lbs) but we haven't seen one that big since.

No, the taxidermist wants $300-$400 to get one mounted... I don't have that type of $$$.

I thinks it's MUCH more comfortable for the animal than a steel jaw trap...[:-]
