For grilles I like the classic billet look. This is actually the same one I have on my truck.

For lights I don't really like the look of many aftermarket lights these days. But a good set of PIAA headlights will get you noticed at night.

For rims...it all depends how big you want to go. They are all about personal taste, so you'll have to choose. I have these Voodo 407's on my truck in 22s

Will, if you got a chrome bug guard on that, it would look even better than it does now. Especially on a darker color truck like that.
