This next video is of a buck i hit and never found. We looked for two days, the shot is really high because he was closer then i thought and he ducked a little. Were thinking i hit tenderloin and he wil be fine. He's not the biggest of bucks but it was a perfect opportunity for video and i was hunting with my younger brother, its still a great memory even though we didnt recover the deer:

And this last video was from last nights hunt. I saw a total of 6 deer, (5 does and a buck), and the buckis arealnice 2.5 year old 5 point.I probably would have let him go if hepresented me a shot, and the does never came within 80 yards:

No we havnt been back to the property since the morning after, i went and got exclusive rights (It used to be owned by my uncle) and me and my brother are going to hang stands their this week. Ill let everyone know if a see him again.

I thought FOR SURE right after i hit him that i got under the spine and top of the lung. But none of the blood we found supported that, and their wasnt enough for it to be a mainartey hit. So that leave above as the only other option. I dont really believe in "No Man's Land".

i feel for ya man. ive never lost a deer but i can imagine the gut wrenching it must cause. it did look high of the femoral artery to mee too. ive heard stories of "bl;ack holes" but they are suposed to be a little further foward then your hit. it would be cool to kill him now if he made it and see just what did happen

yeah i know someone who shot a deer and they found an arrow in it when they were cleaning it
