Yeah but whats to keep people from lieing about weight? I could easily have a doe weigh 130 pounds and say it weighed 140, no one could tell the difference.
well i can include in the rules; "Picture must show the weight from the scale used to weigh the animal" or something like that...

sorry for the duble post, but what me and AH were talking about was doing the weight contest divided between bucks and does, and on top of that the best picture contest useing a few select people from this forum(ones i can trust not to vote for their friends), and then getting a few of the older people from other sectiaons to come in and place their vote. this Will give us three winners, but it will be more incentive to take apealing pictures then ones with the tongue hanging out, ect.

Whatever you guys decide is fine with me. I will not be able to run any of the contests this year because of college, but I will participate!!!!! I can help you out a little bit though, because I will have my computer at college, so just give me a holler if you want.

well first off about the other contest.....when do the eams get drawn? and antler size stinks. who scores them or is it just by a photo? ive never had a rack scored although that wouold be cool. we shoot deer here in the northeast and judge them by there weight. a 200 lber is a good buck. althouygh it would be easy to pack the body cavity full of crap so it added 0 5 pounds. i think just a "best field photo" or somethin would be cool and even devide that up into teams mayb i dunno. but is it too la6te to sign on to that other one as well?
