No but i saw a turtle dead on the side of the road the other day.... never seen a road killed turtle so far from water....

I know that but he was def. out of place where we saw him. I almost wonder if someone had him as a pet and dropped him off. He was pretty big as well, felt bad for him

Not on purpose [8D] What would you use it for? And what is your purpose in trapping them? I honestly don't see any use in killing them. They eat things that annoy me.

I catch them on jug lines and in hoop nets. Snapping turtle or softshell turtle sauce piquante is very good.
