Talking about different guns. I personally used Remington more because I grew up around it. However, one of my favoriteshotgun that I had for long time was aMossberg.

the only gun i use right now is a Remington 1100, but im looking for 3.5" now so i switched my sights to the Mossbergs, it helps that i can actually save enough money for them....



and the SBE2 is the best shotgun i know, i have people in my hunting party who shoot them(in fact only me and my dad dont) and they are very reliable.

ever since i switched over to semi auto, i would NEVER go back to pump unless i absolutely had to

all ive hunted with is semi, exept for one day when my 1100 broke down, shooting one of my dads pumps i got so annoyed at it, one time i even forgot it was a pump and after shooting one goose switched to the next and pulled the trigger again, that made me decide im never shooting pump unless i have to

For a field standpoint, I can see a semi being better than a pump. However, for home defense, there's nothing more intimidating that the sound of putting one in the chamber with a pump.

its also fairly intimidateing when you have a gun in your hand and say "lay down on the ground or i will shoot!" i sure know that would make me drop
