simple man, all you gota do is when shes agound start a conversation with her.....something everyday. then during a dull spot or running to the end of the convro say something like "hey how bout me and you go grab a bite to eat sometime" or just walk up to her and say "hey you want to go out with me" trust me there are many ways to ddo it and really there is no wrong way.. just gota grow the pair and ask them out!
