I havnt played in years but was thinking about getting back into it. I played mostly speed ball but i did play some woods. For woodsball i used a Tippman 98 Custom. That is the best gun ever made for starters/woodsball. You have to really screw up to get that gun to stop shooting and there are so many custom mods for it to make it a great gun. For speed balli used to have an Angel. Thats how long its been since ive played they havnt made Angels in a few years. They used to be the Bob Long Intimidators of paintball back when the Intimidators were really cheap.

Tippmann hands down. Unless....you have a lot more money, time, and patience than I do to sit around and fix the Spyder. You cant beat the reliability and amount of upgrades for Tippmanns, even with guns over $1000.
