I'm thinking of changing mine to The Soup Witch. I made another great soup today. Ground chuck, potatoes, carrots, onion, snow peas, asparagus, red bell peppers, mango, and some chopped cayenne pepper, all in beef broth and simmered all day. Had to leave out the garlic. Miriam doesn't like garlic.
