Here in Southern NY tomorrow is opening day for shotgun. I can't wait. This is the first year that I can actually hunt alone. I'll keep you updated if I get anything!

On saturday I was in the woods from 6am to 5pm and all Isaw was3 squrriels and a mouse. This morning I sat inadifferent spot and around 6:30 I got a doe. It ending up weighing about115lbs. Not much else. Today I was the only one to get a deer out of about 15 of us. Now I won't hunt until Friday because of school and other stuff going on.
