well, i've officially proven there arent any fish in the river im at. not a darn thing, i guess they're all on christmas vacation:eek:

I fish the lake by my house everyday. I was out there and a guy had a tipup in my fav spot..that basterd I thought. So I put my shanty in 2nd fav spot. I walked over tothe guy and said your tipups in a good spot, got 3 northern jigging there. He says Oh Yeah? Yeah I said, at that moment he had a flag. We go over there it was a 24" northern. I said nice catch, I been fishing out here leveryday and only got a handfull of northern all under 23"
He said...Are you turkeyhunter_15? Im shocked at this point I said Gleefully Yes sir I am. Well come to find out hes from this other forum Thats call lake-link and He saw my posts on there, about what I was catching so he came to try it out. Its a cool forum all Ice fishing, But That was weird. Only got 1 lousy perc. But had fun.

me and my dad went out on wednesday and we got 48 bluegills, 1 nice perch, and 1 pretty good crappie in about 2 and 1/2 hours

all our ice melted... my dad when through the day after christmas he pulled himself out tho..

Ice fishing is a blast! I just started going this year and have been having fun!
