here's the story:
he was training for a race in auburn, ny that we were going to on sunday to compete. he's a cat 4 cyclist. he was going down a hill when the chain and derailer both locked on his bike and his rear tire snapped and flew off throwing him over the handle-bars at 35mph. he landed on his arm and shoulder. he broke his collarbone and possibly his shoulder and has road-rash down to his muscles all over the left side of his body. his helmet saved his life. he's in intense pain since there is nothing you can do for those injuries beyond a sling. luckily, my nagging keeps him entertained

Ouch is all i can say to that, and i really hope he gets better soon and gets back on the seat again. Tell him i said hi and hope he gets better soon
