as was stated befroe at most schools, unless the other person throws the first hit, you get screwed over. they could even press charges, but i doubt they would stand before a judge or anyone else like that.

not at my school. theres a no tolerance rule. no matter what both people will get in trouble. if someone hits me and in self defense i kick the living poo out of them i would probably get in more trouble then the kid that hit me first. but my dad says as long as you dont start the fight but you finish it, i wont be mad at you.
