Konk, I have my food plots in Winter, Wi and after frost hit them the deer went crazy over turnips. I planning on putting them in again next fall. I put them in in july and the deer dug through early snow to get them. Easy to do I just spring toothed the area and broad cast the seed I did fertlize by my land needed that.
