Default SUNLIGHT!!

What is the least amount of sunlight (in hrs. per day) does it take to grow a decent food plot?? I am looking for something to plant this spring that will last unitl sep/oct. bow season. The area I am looking at receives about 4-6 hrs. of light per day and is surrounded entirely by forest and brush. The soil is very moist. Thanks for the suggestions!!

Default RE: SUNLIGHT!!

Depends... clover I have had limited success under 6 hrs. Whitetail institute's no-plow i've grown with about 3 hrs direct sunlight to acceptable growth. The more sunlight you can provide obviously the better response you'll get
