Tplay; lets try this again. I haven't been able to log on and the last time I almost finished a post there was a power failure.
Fertilizer charts vary depending on what method of testing was done. From my charts for plot 1: alfalafa/clover you need 20 kg/ha of P2O5, 30 kg/ha of K2O in the spring and 120 kg/ha of K2O in the fall and no lime.
Plot 2: for peas or soybeans you need no K2O, no P2O5, no lime.
Corn in plot 1: 20 kg/ha K2O, 50 kg/ha P2O5, no lime, for 6 t/ha crop 100 kg/ha N.
Grasses in plot 2: 3 applications of 50 kg/ha N, no K2O, no P2O5, no lime.
So you see how it varies by crop and soil test. Your soil test was actually very good, rating high in most areas. The most accurate recomendations will be those that your soil tester gives you based on the exact crop you want to grow.
These fertilizer applications are based on economic return for cost of fertilizer, they aren't based on maximum yield. If you don't care about making money on the crop, but you want the maximum yield for the deer you can fertilize above these levels.
Sorry about kg/ha but we're metric, ehhh. A kg (kilogram)is 2.2 lb and a ha (hectare)is 2.5 acres.

Tplay; I want to make sure you know the reason I said "lets try this again" was because I kept typing responses and either getting cut off or having power failures. Your questions were good, you had me digging out my old text books but I hope it helped.
Just remamber that any numbers that you get will be based on a farmer getting the best return for his money if he harvested and sold the crop. You can fertilize to higher rates to get more yield if you don't mind spending the money.
