Try the QDMA national website. There are some articles on there, and phone #'s to the national office. Do a search under ask jeeves, put in Michigan QDMA. The Michigan QDMA site has some good stuff on it, as well as a link to the national site.

The Quality Deer Management Deer Association has seminars throughout the counry. If you can get a date in your area it will be of help.

Try to go to a sizable university and look for the Journal of Wildlife Management. Many (very) scientific journals on deer management, including QDM as well as other types of wildlife. A lot of it will be hard to understand, but just read the abstract to get a good idea about the article. If you have any questions on the terminiolgy used, statistical work, techniques used, feel free to e-mail me at [email protected]. A little tip if you use this, ignore every number in parenthesis, most likely they will not help you.
