Default wheat planting rate?

Does 100 lbs per acre sound about right? I think that's what I did in the past but I can't prove it.

That's a bit high. 50# per acre should give you a solid stand.

Edit: I did find some resources that suggested 75 to 150# per acre, so 100# may not be as high as I thought. 50# per acre is what I've always done and had pretty good luck with, but 100# might be a good rate to start with.

I ran into some of the other numbers as well. Looks like maybe I can just throw it out there and see how it works. Actually I will shoot for the 100 and see what I get. I think that's what I planted last year but I couldn't find my notes.
