Default Frost seeding question

We still have snow on the ground , but it is going to warm up (35-49F) this weekend during the day and rain. The nights are going to be 28-32F. Should I frost seed my clover, even though its going to rain? Will rain wash it out or will it assist in driving it into ground?

Thanks

You plan to throw seed on top of snow?
What are you really asking?
