Default No till Homemade plot seed mixture

I am trying to come up with a homemade spring planting food plot mix for a remote forest location, so i figure I would frost seed a mixture of red and white dutch clover.I wanted to ask if anyone has used white dutch clover and if anyone had advice on homemade mixes for northern new england?

Thanks
Jed

White Dutch clover is the clovers that you see in yards.I has a shorter stem and smaller leaves. The deer will eat it,but it wont produce the big clover like Alice or Durana.
