Default 2nd Food Plot at 1 week.

Just about 1/4 acre here...

Back in the spring, I used a Box Blade to limit weed growth by pulling the weeds and fescue back. 2 weeks ago, ran the disc through it, and raked it through, then sowed it with Oats,Turnips, Rapes, Rye Grass and clover....
Hit it with 400 pounds of lime 50 pounds of 15-15-15.

My first one is doing a little better(Just Turnips, rapes, Oats)... I planted it where we usually plant our corn in the garden.... (Bad year for corn obviously, none of it survived the Drought)

Do got a question though for experienced fellas...

I seemed to have hit it pretty thick at this last one... maybe too much.....

For a quarter acre.. what rate should I sow Oats, Turnips, Rapes, Rye Grass, and Clover.... and is that to much variety for a mix ?
