Default Chicory & Clover

Anyone know if Chicory will rejuvenate in the Fall? I started out with a lush 1/2 of Chicory & Clover. The clover seems to be holding it's own but the deer have clobbered the Chicory leaving only the stems. Not complaining, just wondering.

Are you sure that's chicory? It sure looks like some sort of brassica to me. If it is chickory, I'd mow it down. It'll fill back in.
The more I look, the more convinced I am that it's dwarf essex rape, not chickory.

I guess your probably right. I planted Antler King Trophy Clover mix and the predominate seed I thought was clover and chicory. After looking at the mix it appears rape is also in the mix. Any idea if the rape will come back or should I consider planting more?

Some of it may add some new growth, but I'd probably spread some more just before a rain.
