Thanks for the response posts. Two weeks later the heads are 75% in bloom - Here are the updated pictures from today (8-15-03). In some of the pictures you can see some of the original corn that was planted at the same time, that did not freeze. Its starting to tassel now.

The replanted corn is visible in the backround too - it should tassel next week - it looks like it' ll do well - I wish there was more of it.

The real big heads got a good shot of fertilizer at planting - its amazing the difference where no fertilizer was used.
