Default question about food plots for ducks

hey guys I hunt in some flooded timber and have some big holes cleared out. I am wanting to plant some food plots for attracting and keeping ducks. Water depth is 2 to 4 ft depending on rain fall. I was thinking about corn and milo. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Will your ground be dry enough, long enough for corn and/or milo? Would rice work for you?

There is a series of dams up and down the bayou that floods are place. Unless we have a whole lot of rain it should not be a problem. How tall will rice get? In 3 to 4 ft of water will that be visible.
