Default Questions on my food plot

I have a few small areas of a combo (clover, rye, turnip) planted in a small forest opening in NE Penna. I didn't get her started until mid to late July, though. The original planting did not due well. I applied lime and fertilizer and reseeded. Now it looks great. I just have two questions:

1-how long into the season will it be attractive to deer?
2-will the turnips have time to mature?

Below is what one of the sections looked like on August 29th.

Down here that could get you spring. Atleast here in NC, by the time the clover really gets bit back from the cold the turnips are just getting good to them. Its after Jan. 1(our close) most of the time before they really start on turnips.
