I understand that post and poast plus are good herbicides for use in clover crops. Does the oil additive in the poast plus which allows it to cling to the leaves better cause clover leaf burn. I have heard conflicting statements on this. Does anyone out their have any information or experience on this or these products?

It shouldn' t cause any problem. When I use a grass killer, I add a surfacant to the mix. Poast Plus is pre-adding it and probably charging a little extra for the convenience. Grasses, due to their narrow leaf properties, almost need a sticker in the spray for the herbicide to adhere to it.

I guess I am a little late on the reply lunchbucket. No, I am not using poast to kill the clover just the grasses growing within my clover plot. I have heard other people say that if you use the oil additive it can sometimes give you " clover leaf burn" . Problem is I don' t know if that will hurt my clover or if it bounces back after a few days.
