Default Adding to a Fall No-Plow Blend...

I'm thinking of trying a no-plow blend I've found that includes forage wheat, rye grass, and forage rape. With it being a no-plow, could I add any other types of seed to it and expect them to grow? And if so, what should I add?

Actually, I've seen various brands advertised as No Till, No Plow, Throw and Grow, and others. My "No Plow" that apparently doesnt' exist, comes from a local guy that mixes it himself.

Oats and Austrian Winter Peas are 2 that I commonly use that will give you some level of effective performance in a no-soil-preparation type of situation. If you can broadcast and mow over it, the moisture from the vegetation will help it germinate. Treating with herbicide, then burning and broadcasting has done well for me, too. Also, you can get a good stand of perennials such as a mixof ladino clover and chicory if you spray an area with glyphosate/RoundUp, wait a week or so, then broadcast and mow over the seeded area. Whatever you try, take pics before and after and let us know your results.
