I wanted to got your opinions on the mineral block I put out.

These are the ingredients:
ZINC 12000mg
MANGANESE 10000mg
COPPER 4000mg
IRON 1600mg
IODINE 200mg
COBALT 60mg

I am thinking of getting some loose minerals to add to that. And wanted to know what other minerals should I put out?

Great pics Ant. Is that an IR Wildview or a flash? Also, what is the real date on the pics? That will help in determining age. Sorry if you posted that already I didn't see it anywhere.

I agree with you on the minerals. I've been using them for a few years. This is the first year I started creating my own blend and I can't keep enough of it out.

Its the IR model. I didnt use my flash model this year. I like the wildview, for the price. However, the moultrie ir is a great cam as well, its just bulky.

Um, I dont know the exact dates but it was within this past week. I pulled the memory card on this cam only a few days ago and moved it, because it wasnt in a good spot....I was missing too many photos.
Hmmm, I don't know about the ages of those deer then it's hard to tell. I do know that we have seen a few 3.5 year olds around that are already out past their ears, so those guys look like they are behind in development. Lots of summer to grow bone though.

These bucks held their racks for a long time. Very little stress and plenty of food, along with just an overall healthy deer will have them hold longer.

We've had trail cam photos of racked bucks up until a few weeks back...So, Im figuring most of these bucks are only 3 weeks into their growth, as they start to regrow 3 weeks after they drop. Meaning they held until sometime in April..
Wow, that is late to hold onto antlers. I have a real hard time judging age this time of year because the growth is so sporadic. Usually by July I have an easier time telling, but now it's pretty hard.
