Default PTO Slip Clutch vs Over Running Coupler

Can someone explain the differance between a PTO over running coupler and a PTO slip clutch?

Default RE: PTO Slip Clutch vs Over Running Coupler

An over-running coupler is used with implements like brush hogs. It prevents the brush hog from pushing the tractor when you turn, slow down or stop.A slip clutch is used to prevent damage to the tractor, the driveline or theimplement.
