Default Can i do the following:

Lime..fertilize..and plant seed on the same day..if not what is the breakdown...remember..im from philadelphia, pa thanks guys

You can do it that way, however spreading your lime in advance will give it a chance to affect the PH. Most people will say that you need at least 60-90 days to see it affect the PH at all, and 6+ months to see the full affects.

is your ground free of weeds? i would just be concerned about dormant weed seeds that would germinate and compete with what you are planting.

I'll add, pray for rain! You want the seeds to germinate quickly this time of the year and you want the fert (especial the nitrogen to be soaked into the soil) otherwise it will lose it's effectivness.
