I have some Imperial Whitetail Extreme from whitetail institute. The planting dates are in Sept. but my friend and I will be pretty busy with football and will only be able to do on sat. We wanted to plant at the end of the summer. WOuld this be okay?

i think it would be ok if you have alot of moisture, are in a northern state, or have alot of rain where you live.
if it's dry, arid, or drout conditions exist where you live, i don't think you would have a very good stand.

The recommended september planting date is to take advantage of fall rains and cooler weather for clover.
Labor day weekend will be fine, like psandhu said, with enough moisture.
Spray roundup or generic glyphosate at least two weeks prior to disking and planting. Lime and fertilize as soil test indicates.
