Default lespedeza

Does anybody on this forumgrow lespedeza? If so what type of results have you seen?

Lespedeza is a good food source for cattle, deer and quail and turkey love the seeds. You need poor soil...low ph....fertilizer will actually reduce success with lespedeza. It will come on late in summer and do well through fall.

got some for the first time this year.got it in pots right now waiting to see how it does.gonna put some in my plots for this fall.
never saw it grow. a friend in Ga. sent me some plants to get started.
