you have to save the picture on your desktopat a lower resolution first, then upload it. if it is still too big, save it on your desktop at an even lower resolution. you can also use some photo editing software to crop the outside portions of the pic to reduce the size of the image.

Skeetr1, Make sure you are resizing your picture. I make mine 525 on the longest side and 72 dpi. Save as med quality. www.pbase.com/mlo3135127
