i would hang it up. i got a nice 8-point on my wall that is my uncles but i dident shoot it so i just hung it up on my wall.

Yes, I would hang it up on my wall, but I would tell everyone that I didnt shoot it. By the way, did you ever end up paying for the 6 deer?

No reason not to hang it on the wall. I think I would try to find some of the relatives of the tennant and see if there was a story about the deer, where it was harvested, etc.

Cardeer, I got to know, did you shoot it before you picked it up?

Thanx for all the reply's guys. I appreciate it. Now I cant wait to put my 10 pointger up I am getting back in may.... I decided to put the deer up in the wall next to my other deer..... here is a pic of the 2......

there is nothing wrong with hanging a nice mount if its not yours. They are ment to be shown so why not. If the people didn't want it, I would have took it because i appreciate the out doors.
