Default NB Buck..different mount

I just got my NB buck back yesterday and thought I would share the style mount (apple eater). I was disappointed in the mount because they did not use the proper form, way to small. This buck dressed out 220lbs, looks like a 165 pounder. Mount was done in NB, thinking of bringing to someone here in the states and finding out the cost to change it OR if it can even be done.

Well it sure does not compliment your deer ...the deer looks to have a nice spread from what little I can see .... I have a picture of a mount deer posted right now on this web site that I took in Alberta and Brian Dobson mounted it for me ..it cost a good bit more to have him do it but I think you get what you pay for ....sorry to hear your not satisfied ...good luck

It looks very good, Alot Of characters althought it does seem skinny, maybe just because of the pose though? - Buckhunter

Nice buck, sorry about the mount. I had one messed up too,it cost 295.00 ten years ago . To me they can't be fixed, the deer had a blonde colored hide.

Interesting mount.

By NB do you mean New Brunswick? If so, may I ask who you hunted with and would you recommend that outfitter?

Thanks.

Default Let's have a better look....

Show some more pics, side views, close-ups. Unless the guy swapped capes or got them mixed up there's no way to get it to fit a much smaller form without looking like a "Shar Pei." Do you have some pics of the deer from when you got it. Post a few and lets have a look see..Most likely it is only suffering from mental shrinkage...
