To me it looks like this could possibly be a buck that has shed, notice the coloration on the forehead that looks somewhat buck-like? Although, I don't see any pedicles. Whats your opinion?

It' really hard to say. Looks as if it could have had a scuffle with a car? Looks too low on the eyebrow.

It is hard to tell from that pic, but I'd say it is a doe. The dark spot could just be a shadow.

The holes, actually slightly scooped out craters left when the antlers fall off are pretty obvious for a while so I say a doe is likely.

id say a doe by how long the snout is. bucks are usually shorter. and it just looks like a dark spot. also. it could be a button buck cause when i got mine it looked just like that and i checked and there were 2 little knobs right there. so in my opinon its either a button buck or doe.

i think that long dark spot is a shadow from the ear or branch, it just seems like the forehead is colored like a buck from rubbing during the rut, to me it looks like an older deer, just not sure if it is a buck that has shed or a doe

I vote for doe.......If it's a button it's a young button.
