Do you think that it could be a partial melanistic (part albino) deer? My wife used to raise parrots and over time we got some very interesting variations. She called those with solid color and white spots "piebald" - don't ask why. I never did.

Spots were exactly like a fawn,not part albino of Pieball. It looked sorta like a Axis deer but was a whitetail.The right tail and type antlers. It is on that non-hunting property.With all them deer on that property anything could happen with interbreeding

Is there a possibilty an Axis and a whitetail bread and this is the cross between the two. You may have discovered a new breed of deer and I guess you get to name it, maybe something like whaxis.
