Beautiful deer, and stunning pictures. I'd love to get a chance to journey over that way, or farther up north atleast. Anyhow, congrates, and that sure is some amazing country.

Great pictures. Always a pleasure to have scenery from another country to look at. How many days did the hunt last and what kind of deer were they? They looked sort of like a reindeer, but are larger. Post more when you can.

Great pictures for sure! Those guys definately have some excellent firearms and know how to use them. I don't think those fellas were hunting for sport - but for meat. Talk about remote area and isolation. Absolutely beautiful environment. Pictures are great quality! What camera equipment, I wonder? Not Kodak I bet.

Those guys sure rough it and don't look like they're complaining either. I feel like a wussy.

Thank for the warm answer. Hunting ten days last. However, we planned on another. Flood of the rivers was and we could not use cross-country vehicles, therefore flied by helicopter. You are absolutely right. It is a version reindeer. This deer is much larger. We believe it other kind. Took tests of a fabric for the analysis of chromosomes.

It looks like our Russian blood brother and his friends are some pretty tough guys. That's some serious hunting going on in that stretch of woods. And to think that I was going to upgrade from a tent to a camper this year!!
