i was wondering if any one was having any luck in late bow season?? because i thoght i might give it a try this weekend while im yote hunting.

Seen alot of deer, but they are mainly does, and only a few of them have any size.

My friend has spent the past week out in PA muzzy. He's still seeing bucks with both sides and whiffed on a big one Monday.

I'm going out tomorrow, taking the camera. Hopefully I can "shoot" a nice one.

I had some late season luck, but it was not with a bow (.308 rifle)...I caught up with this one on a snowy NH morning in December. 225 lb 9 pointer...23.5 inch spread.

I went out a few times for our late season archery and no deer were sighted during legal hunting hours. It gets real rough around here after gun season. Night movers![:@] Either way was good to be out. And I was on stand with snow on the ground, which is cool! Good Luck!!!

Our Iowa deer are moving in the dark since gun season. I've been out and seen a couple, but it's too cold today. I don't think we got over zero. Jim

Went out yesterday which was sunday and it was about 18degrees in brown county. Seen 7 big does, they are starting to yard up where i hunt at. They stayed out of bow range, i hunted till i was frozen then did some rabbit hunting.

took three in the last ten days of bow season all does no bucks close enough for a shot
