    the first deer i took was when I was 12 (19y/o now) with a bow. It was a small doe I got from a ground blind. My father was more proud of it than I. Ever since I have been hooked on bow hunting, now just getting into blackpowder/

    my son is only 6 1/2 months old so i have a long time to be able to get him out there and show him the reigns. I can't wait though......i bet you were happier for him than you were for your first one
